The 2014 challenge (archive)

What I've decided to do this year is have a mini-challenge for each week. This seems to suit my attention span and hopefully some things will form positive new habits too. 
So far I've thought of: meat free weeks, chocolate free week, pay it forward week, 15 minute clean at least once a day (instead of leaving it all to a Friday!), walk everywhere except my commutes to work for a week, make something everyday for a week, maybe even a stay off facebook week....!

Some rules are required or implied here...

  • Using Blogger and Google+ to record progress with the challenge and interact with others (aiming to stay off Facebook)
  • Using Google calendar to schedule weeks
  • Weeks can overlap and some challenges may even suit a month
  • Challenges are in place of new year's resolutions so should aim to have a positive impact on my own life or the lives of others
  • There is an overall aim to complete a year (and to pick up again if a week fails)
  • There is an overall aim to keep my blog up to date and write in an engaging style
